Building Blocks for Sensory Integration
Jenison, MI March 16-17, 2012
Develop an understanding of the links between sensory integration and the basic primary movement patterns that provide the foundation for sensory modulation & integration. We'll explore the development of posture, from the primitive postural reflexes to mature postural patterns, and its impact on sensory processing across all sensory systems including vision and audition. Leave with a systematic way to assess, document, and treat movement challenges that arise from lack of effective sensory motor integration.
